Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with product inquiries, order placements, and resolving any issues customers may encounter. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking order status, and locating products.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize multiple tools and systems to manage customer inquiries effectively.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines, exercising good judgment.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using computers; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a home office setup.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (cable preferred).
Additional Details:
Start Date: June 24th. Equipment will be shipped to confirmed candidates the week of June 17th.
Contract Length: Up to 6 months.
Work Hours: Two shifts available, 9:30am-6:00pm CST and 10:00am-7:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Training: Mandatory 3-week training session, 8am-4:30pm CST. Attendance is critical.
