**Job Description**
Buckeye Culligan in Columbus is currently seeking an **Entry Level****Customer Service Representative**to join our office support team. **Starting hourly wage for this position will fall between $15-$17!**Hours of operation are between 8am-5pm, no evenings or weekends. **This is an in-office position that can be located in Columbus, Marysville or Zanesville.**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Answer incoming calls from our very important customers
+ Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
+ Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations
+ Prepare sales commissions and payroll for final processing at our corporate office (must be proficient in Excel)
+ Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
+ Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary
+ Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month end reporting, etc.)
**Qualifications:**
+ Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced fun environment
+ Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)
+ Excellent communication skills includinghelpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external customers and vendors
+ Exceptional problem-solving skills
+ Must be able to work on-site at location
+ Ability to work independently
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
+ Customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred
