Program Manager - Transformation

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our Transformation Organization. This pivotal role is designed for a leader who thrives on change and is passionate about steering initiatives that reshape and enhance how our business operates.
As a key player in our transformation efforts, you will orchestrate programs that span across multiple departments, driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams to drive company growth and operational efficiency.
A Day in the Life:
•Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
•Align program objectives with the strategic goals of the organization.
•Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
•Communicate progress, insights, and strategies with stakeholders at all levels. Your
•Develop and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
•Conduct research and analysis to inform strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
•Measure and report on the performance of initiatives, using data to drive decisions and optimize future strategies.
•Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and excellence in all cross-functional activities.
About you:
•Successfully manage multiple initiatives in a structured and efficient manner while working in a fast-moving environment
•Understanding of multiple cross-functional areas; especially technology, GTM, sales and support
•Strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to gain buy-in, maintain transparency, ensure alignment, and drive change.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and proclivity towards making data-driven decisions to keep programs moving forward.
•Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time once Litera travel restrictions are lifted
•A strong desire to keep learning new things!
Qualifications:
•Experience: 5+ years in program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects. Experience in the software or legal technology industry is a plus.
•Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize diverse teams towards a common goal.
•Cross-functional Thinking: Exceptional cross-functional planning abilities, with a talent for anticipating future challenges and opportunities.
•Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization.
•Problem-Solving: Adept at problem-solving, with a creative and analytical approach to overcoming obstacles.
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $85,000 to $110,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
