This hands-on role involves designing the Target Architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, and guiding cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end architecture and system blueprints.Oversee migration from C/C++ to Java.Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams.Review architecture, manage risks, and ensure implementation quality.Lead migration planning using tools like Apache Kafka.Mentor engineers and ensure technical best practices.Requirements:12+ years of software/architecture experience.Strong skills in Java, C/C++, and system design.Experience in cloud-ready architecture and migration.Ability to take architectural ownership and lead cross-team efforts.Willingness to attend a C++ coding test.
