Job Summary:
We are hiring a Technical Architect to lead the modernization of a legacy C/C++ system into a modern, scalable Java-based platform. This hands-on role involves designing the Target Architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, and guiding cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end architecture and system blueprints.
Oversee migration from C/C++ to Java.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams.
Review architecture, manage risks, and ensure implementation quality.
Lead migration planning using tools like Apache Kafka.
Mentor engineers and ensure technical best practices.
Requirements:
12+ years of software/architecture experience.
Strong skills in Java, C/C++, and system design.
Experience in cloud-ready architecture and migration.
Ability to take architectural ownership and lead cross-team efforts.
Willingness to attend a C++ coding test.
