Project Manager, Insights & Analytics

Job Description
The Project Manager on the Insights and Analytics team will act as a pivotal liaison among internal teams, external partners, and clients. This role is dedicated to ensuring seamless delivery of project work that support our clients' strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Innovation Projects: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key focus will be our Data Stack project working closely with the lead on our proprietary Data Stack build out, communicate needs, timelines, and budgets where appropriate.
Client Projects: In concert with the Account Manager and/or Analytics Liaison, serve as a primary point of contact for all project-related communications, effectively managing expectations with team members and external clients. Includes owning a Monday morning meeting where that week's tasks are discussed and prioritized. Where necessary raise conflicts to senior management for resolution.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating cross-functional team engagements to leverage diverse expertise in achieving project objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovate solutions to enhance project efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the contractual requirements and client expectations.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a marketing, advertising, or analytics environment.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abiilies: Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying information effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and delivering solutions.
