We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about helping companies govern their identities and applications at scale. Responsibilities
Take your technical and product expertise, combine it with your understanding of customer needs, and solve the real-world, complex identity synchronization problems facing our customers and partners.
Leverage your knowledge of industry standards to ensure our products adhere to the appropriate standards and deliver maximum compatibility with external systems and products.
Identify specific areas where industry standards like SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) need to evolve, in order to meet the most complex of scenarios.
Be bold identifying the “what could be” and work with the standards bodies, our partners, and internal teams to make those changes a reality.
Help the wider organization be successful, through creating authentic partnerships, inclusive work environments, and passion for seeing full integrated scenarios across teams go live for customers.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
You will have demonstrated experience for industry standards. For example, you may have worked as part of an IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) working group, or have shepherded industry standards from a draft state to a proposed standard. RFC stage.
Prior experience with identity management, governance, and/or provisioning
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
