Job Description:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing automation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder, to meet business objectives.
Design and implement marketing automation workflows, including customer journeys, email campaigns, and segmentation strategies.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the effectiveness of marketing automation solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training to end users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing concepts and principles, including segmentation, personalization, and campaign management.
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) is desirable but not required.
