POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE:
The position IT Warehouse Manager, will be responsible for leading and overseeing Arcadia’s warehouse, Middleware, and Supply Chain Integration capabilities. Responsible for configuring and deploying Customer Requirements across the Arcadia Warehouse systems across all facilities. Be a liaison with the Blue Yonder support team on design changes being requested by the end users or by customer requirements. Partner with Arcadia Sales on onboarding new customers and understanding their EDI and integration requirements and convert them to Blue Yonder configuration. Liaison with Arcadia developers and EDI providers on new customer onboarding. Responsible for customer onboarding activities related to integration and supporting end user training Reporting to Chris Lafaire, Chief Information Officer of Arcadia.
ESSENTIAL AND BASIC DUTIES:
As required the Systems Manager will document software functional specifications
Within the IT department, the Systems Manager maintains documents containing procedures and best practices
The Systems Manager will be able to translate Blue Yonder Warehouse configuration into business process
The Systems Manager will understand EDI integration and EDI types 940, 945, 943, 944 and 856
The Systems Manager will be running training sessions and workshops on new system processes in their specific technical area
The Systems Manager will consult with other Systems Managers and administrators to resolve issues that require extra attention or indicate a larger problem within the IT ecosystem
The Systems Manager manages the flow of incoming support requests and escalates to other IT specialists as required or other 3rd party partners
The System Manager will help test the integration with other systems (Portal, ERP, etc.)
The Systems Manager may escalate complex issues or problems outside of their field of expertise to IT support specialists
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-motivated and task-oriented
A strong ethic of accountability to drive results
Must be able to work in a team environment
Desire to exceed expectations
Configuration experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Mgmt
Experience with Blue Yonder xml integration
Highly analytical and strong attention to detail
Desire to take software and service to the next level
Time management: must be able to work on multiple projects at any one time and balance workload
Develop and maintain a professional, friendly communication style with customers and company staff
Maintain an organized work environment
A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams
Bachelors degree required in related field
