Job Title: Legal Analyst, Law Enforcement Response & Litigation Support

Compensation: $30.00-$35.00/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally organized Legal Analyst with strong judgment and stellar communication skills to support the Law Enforcement Response and Litigation Support teams.
The team sits within the Corporate Legal organization and is responsible for reviewing, routing, and handling a variety of legal requests and inquiries from across the globe. The position is based in Los Gatos, reporting to the Program Manager, Consumer Claims and Law Enforcement Response.
Responsibilities:
Carefully review a wide array of legal requests and inquiries sent by internal and external parties to identify the critical elements (ie. due date) of each one
Accurately categorize and index each request, verifying and editing data as needed to ensure complete and accurate data entry across various platforms
Work closely with the Law Enforcement Response team and Litigation Support team to ensure that all requests are properly logged and assigned for further action
Systematically collect key metrics and identify trends to support operational improvements
Perform various administrative tasks and support as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
Highly organized individual with extraordinary attention to detail
High level of accuracy in data entry and strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends
Familiarity with legal documents from all jurisdictions in languages other than English
Possess situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive and constructive attitude while executing repetitive tasks
Self-starter and fast learner who can work independently while using impeccable judgment
Foreign language fluency is strongly preferred - extra points if you are fluent in Portuguese
Experience with operational workflow systems (Zendesk highly desirable)
Proficiency in Excel and the Google suite of applications in a business environment (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
