In this entry-level role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, working alongside experienced consultants. If you are eager to learn, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
As the Oracle HCM Functional Associate, you will:
+ Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements.
+ Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams.
+ Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users.
+ Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into functional solutions.
+ Develop training documents specific to the client’s business processes.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
+ Clearance Required: None
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, any STEM field, or a related field
+ Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
+ Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule
+ Ability to travel as needed
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources
+ Experience in the public sector is highly desired
+ Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred
+ Experience documenting business processes
+ Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, either as a user or as an implementer
+ Ability to think critically and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
