Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through Houston market research and networking
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
Develop and implement strategic business development plans
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
Document sales in the company CRM
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
