Information Technology Support Engineer

Location (city, state): Menlo Park, CA - 5 days onsite Compensation: $125-140k Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Day-to-Day will lead a team of 2-4 IT Support Techs on the West Coast. Should be able to handle level III support work. Will serve as the escalation point for the techs; be involved in the hiring, onboarding, training and performance feedback for more junior team members. Will support and optimize systems such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MDM, Okta, MS Office and other SaaS tools. The environment is roughly 90% Mac / 10% Windows users. Will primarily be supporting their local office but will also help with some remote stuff as well.
