Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative support to leadership, delivery, and back-office teams. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, executive support, and back office-related tasks with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people with a large volume of low to mid-level complexity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to management, business development, recruiting and liaising with Backoffice.
client portal administration
Client contractual compliance
Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations
Coordinate and manage special projects, including working collaboratively with our team to ensure deadlines are met
Recommend and drive process improvements
Primary contact for client and employee inquiries
Provide account management support to clients
Manage small projects
Human Resources Onboarding/offboarding of Clients, Vendors, and Employees to include orientation
Handle employee benefits and unemployment policies, procedures, questions, and requests
Provide backup for payroll, AR & AP support, as needed
Recruiting Super User for CRM
Supporting the employee and consultant employee experience
Documentation audits
Summary of Qualifications Two to three years of administrative experience, preferably in a Human Resources
Knowledge of employment laws & regulations, human resources principles, policies & procedures
Staffing or Consulting industry experience -highly preferred
Proficient in all MS Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Excellent relationship builder; able to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion, and diplomacy with all internal and external stakeholders. Must also demonstrate ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information
•Resourceful, strategic problem-solving ability with a fun, positive "can do" attitude
•Excellent organization and time management skills to complete a high volume of varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting with excellent attention to detail and the belief that no task is too big or too small •Superb communication skills (oral and written) with a confident, concise, clear and compelling style with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives and managers
•Skilled in all aspects of planning and project management; the ability to take an idea from concept to completion
