Position: Senior Software Engineer
Job Duties:
Led the design and development of complex user interfaces for web using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Develop and maintain UI design patterns, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple projects.
Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
Collaborate with cross functional teams of designers, developers, and product managers to define and implement user-centric features and functionalities.
Optimize user interface performance and accessibility, using tools such as Lighthouse, React Profiler, and AXE.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user interface components with RESTful APIs and other web services.
Keep abreast of emerging user interface trends, technologies, best practices, and recommend new approaches to improve the user experience.
Engage in weekly production releases to deliver new features without any disruption.
Hold bi-weekly meetings with Quality Assurance team to maintain the product quality using automation.
Mentor junior user interface engineers and provide technical guidance on code quality, performance, and maintainability.
The position is based out of Scottsdale, Arizona HQ, but telecommuting is permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
Job Requirements:
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or closely related.
Experience Requirements: 12 months of experience in job offered, Software Engineer, Senior UI Engineer, or closely related.
Special skills requirements:
Experience consulting application teams on user experience design (UX) guidelines and user interface (UI) layouts
Experience managing software development process with the Agile Scrum Methodology and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to produce high quality applications.
Experience optimizing user interface performance and accessibility, using tools such as Lighthouse, React Profiler, and AXE.
Experience conducting code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
Experience with delivering the product without any customer impact or service disruption.
Experience working with, understanding, and controlling CI/CD.
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams of designers, developers, and product managers to define and implement user-centric features and functionalities.
Experience helping junior developers to resolve technical problems.
Experience and knowledge of multiple user interface Frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.
