As a Sales Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent into Express Flooring, specifically hiring our in-home Design Consultants, as well as building a talent pipeline for future hiring. In this full-life cycle recruiting role you will act as the key contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners to ensure that the talent needs of the organization are met. This position will have responsibility for full-life cycle recruiting at multiple organizational levels and across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee full-life cycle recruiting process for multiple requisitions for our Sales team
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for all office locations that drives both quality and volume
Working the pipeline from active applicants while also sourcing candidates from a wide range of tools like, our ATS system (Greenhouse), Indeed, and employee referrals
Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and has a passion for the company and your craft
Cultivate the candidate's experience! Build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview process while keeping Express Flooring' values top of mind
Has ability to begin negotiations on pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
Consistently meet or exceed weekly metrics including call counts, hiring manager interviews, and offer acceptances
Closely collaborates with the Recruiting team to achieve fill rate goals
Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs as needed
Create and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Represent Express Flooring in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited, University or College, preferred
4+ year(s) of experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment (sales recruiting experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms
Exceptional verbal and written skills. You are skilled and can be trusted with communicating to upper management and senior leadership
Initiative and drive to complete various projects, tasks, and responsibilities on the team
Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships.
*This position can be remote but must be located in either AZ, NM, NV, TX, and SC.
Part time at 32+ hours, would be eligible for benefits
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
