Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as a Solution and Client Lead.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, market analysis, strategic planning, and closing, with a background in data privacy & protection and a knowledge of both encryption and databases.

For this role you need to have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should be highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities to drive business growth.

We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, challenges the norm and brings deep knowledge and a hands on attitude to the team.

You will:

Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

Lead market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospects, clients, partners and industry influencers.

Collaborate with the high leadership team to set and achieve business development goals and objectives.

Prepare and present business development plans, proposals, and progress reports to senior management.

Ensure alignment between business development activities and overall company strategy.

You're perfect for this role if you have: Proven experience in a senior business development or market development role, preferably in our industry.

A history exceeding revenue targets.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading successful teams.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organisation.

A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new situations.

Not afraid to embrace change and open direct feedback loops with continuous iterative improvement.

Basic understanding of encryption technologies
