Job Description

Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking a Sr. Operations Associate. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide operational support and world-class customer service to our broker-dealer clients. You will provide day-to-day operational support to the internal and external Broker-Dealer customers of Cetera Financial Group.

What you will do:

Facilitates addendum and new contracts for banks and credit unions.

Facilitates all Financial Institution operational matters; which include requests for forms, Pershing document, Pay Rates submittals,

Monitors email box etc.

Helps organize financial institution reporter publication

Updates financial institution procedures, and due diligence report

Participates in the on-boarding and off-boarding process of institutions

What you need to have:

3+ years of industry experience, operational knowledge

3 - 5 years of Excel experience

3+ years of experience in reviewing contracts and reports

What is nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree

Previous or current experience within banking or credit unions

Strong ability to prioritize and work within a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable to change

Courteous and empathetic to client concerns

Superior listening skills

Positive role model and leader to colleagues

Team player attitude

Energetic and results-oriented

Compensation Range:

The base annual salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
