Who You Are:

At ExtensisHR, we are revolutionizing the way businesses approach HR, payroll, and employee management solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach within the dynamic PEO industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our exceptional team of Sales Managers, forging strong partnerships and collaborating to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads, nurture relationships with potential clients, and set the stage for our Sales Managers to close deals effectively.

Base salary: $75k + $75k (projected comission) - $150K OTE

What You'll Do:

Goal Attainment: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators related to revenue generation, client acquisition, and retention.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently following up on leads, tracking interactions, and updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information. Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments related to PEO services and HR solutions. Use market insights to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.

Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor your approach.

Leverage your exceptional communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.

Collaborate closely with our Sales Managers, providing them with qualified leads and valuable insights

Continuously refine and optimize your prospecting strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring:

Proven track record of success in a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the PEO or HR industry.

Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
