Overview
CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises,' or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit in North America and Europe. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.

Position Summary
At CAB Enterprises, Inc. we are looking for an innovative and dynamic Content Marketing Manager to join our team! As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that boosts brand awareness and reaches a wide audience. You will manage multiple projects, communicate with stakeholders, and generate fresh ideas for content creation, distribution, and promotion. You will create content that is optimized for search engines and user intent and measure its performance to ensure its effectiveness. Ultimately, as the Content Marketing Manager you will expand our digital footprint and brand awareness.
Principal Duties
Brand Storytelling Maestro: Develop content that taps into the core values of Electrolit, weaving narratives that connect with audiences on an emotional level.
Content Calendar Conductor: Manage and oversee content calendars across various platforms (e.g., website, social media, email), ensuring consistent content flow and alignment with campaign objectives.
Creative Partnership Orchestrator: Build and manage relationships with diverse creative partners, including production companies, agencies, and individual creators, to ensure high-quality content production.
Multifaceted Project Management: Lead and manage the entire content creation process from inception to execution, demonstrating exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
People Management Pro: Mentor and guide a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Masterful Brief Writer: Craft clear, concise, and inspiring briefs that effectively communicate content vision and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Creative Director at Heart: Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong creative vision, providing direction and feedback throughout the content creating process.
Content Storytelling Strategist: Develop content that resonates across various stages of the customer lifecycle, nurturing leads and driving sales growth.
Data-Driven Approach: Track key metrics, analyze content performance, and leverage insights to optimize future content strategies.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities at simultaneously.
Effective communication, planning, and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly collaborative personality, always in search of the best solutions to create win-win situations
Self-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team player
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in content marketing with a proven track record of developing engaging and impactful content for various platforms.
Demonstrated ability to create content that breaks through the noise and resonated with audiences on major content platforms.
Experience crafting content for various stages of the costumer life cycle marketing funnel.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing analytics
Sport, fitness or beverage industry experience is a plus!
A portfolio showcasing the diversity and quality of previous work is a plus!
Strong knowledge of consumer industry
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills; PowerPoint and Excel
Proficient in creative editing & management software
A passion for storytelling and keen eye for trends and innovation
Other Requirements
Able and willing to travel (Travel up to 45%)
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
