About the Role:
As VP/GM, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. You will set ambitious goals, build a strong company culture, and guide a talented team to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic vision for the company
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Lead all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations
Manage budgets and financial performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key suppliers
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering or Business a must
P&L required
Ideal candidate will have worked hands-on in automation engineering and sales
Experience directly with motion control technology required
Extensive experience in the industrial automation industry (10+ years)
Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams
Strong understanding of automation distribution and its value proposition
Experience managing all aspects of a business (sales, marketing, operations)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Rewards:
Competitive base salary $160,000-200,000
