Title Clerk Responsibilities:
Produce and process new vehicle title and plate documents
Process used vehicle title and plate transfer documents
Process vehicle title and plate state transfer documents
Process all states annual registration/plate renewals
Maintain physical custody of vehicle titles and equipment UCC filings
Provide weekly status reports for all incomplete titling transactions
Other duties as assigned
Title Clerk Skills and Abilities: Excellent organization skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent time management skills
Ability to successfully meet deadlines
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Title Clerk Education and Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma
A minimum of 2+ years of titling experience in a car dealership setting
