If you are motivated to build products, own the customer experience, and define the go-to-market strategy, then our Head of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Product Management is the job for you. Growing our healthcare business is a strategic objective, and this opportunity will allow you to use your experience to develop market leading solutions to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Responsibilities
Develop the Healthcare product strategy, roadmap, and partner with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to execute your vision
Prolific communicator ensuring stakeholders are aligned to your vision, execution plans meet the objectives and metrics are in place to measure success
Proactively delivery insights and market intelligence on key competitive offerings and regulatory changes
Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, defining metrics to measure the desired customer experience and product profitability and use data to drive change and decision making
Lead the day-to-day product activities including price setting, supporting client acquisition, and partnering with credit, risk, compliance and legal to ensure we maintain a competitive market position
Qualifications -Minimum Of 5 Years Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience.
Superior written, verbal and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and proven track record executing product strategy and go-to-market activities
Experience managing vendors and FinTech’s
Location – Texas preferred other locations negotiable
Flexibility to travel 15-20%
Additional Requirements/Skills you would like to add?
MBA or master’s degree
Experience implementing API solutions
5+ years of experience leading agile build teams in the B2B payments space
