Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC and plumbing projects. Ensure project milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Client Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and mentor project teams. Ensure team members have the resources and support they need to perform effectively.
Quality Control:
Ensure all projects meet or exceed industry standards and comply with all regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
Budget Management:
Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and control. Ensure financial objectives are met.
Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project objectives and timelines.
Qualifications:

Must be based in Sacramento or willing to relocate there.
Stable Work History:
