The Production Trainer supports the Construction and Warranty teams at Stanley Martin Homes by assisting in developing, maintaining, and delivering learning materials to applicable departments.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
+ Assists in new hire onboarding and all ongoing employee training initiatives to increase individual competency and readiness in Residential Construction and Customer Service skills,knowledge, policy, process, and systems, in a production environment
+ Leads development and maintenance of our training content, exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials to ensure that Stanley Martin continues to develop a robust and comprehensive training program forour Construction and Warrantyteams
+ Responsible for the maintenance, tracking, and analysis of the Construction and Warrantycourseworkwithin Stanley Martin’s Learning Management System, ensuring that any required coursework and onboarding materials have been completed
+ Works closely with ourConstruction and Warranty teamsto create training and communications to increase adoption ofourtechnologysystems, tools, and processes that improve our efficiency and effectiveness
+ Determine specialized training needs by observing system performance analysis/reporting and gathering feedback from division leadership
+ Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
+ Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
+ Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment
+ Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin
**Position Standards:**
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Presentation and training skills – both small and large group settings
+ Systems training(HomeBuilder One)and technical writing background preferred
+ Attention to detail, self-starter, positive attitude
+ Ability to work in and adapt to a role with dynamic and changing objectives
**Position Requirements:**
+ Production homebuilding experience
+ Working knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite
+ Related experience required
+ Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
+ Hybrid position (2x per week in office at any of our divisional offices)
