Position: Senior Data Analyst Lead
Location: Jacksonville, Florida (onsite 3x a week)
Duration : 12 month contract

Position Overview: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to merge your expertise in Supply Chain and Digital technologies, empowering our Distribution, Customer Service, and Transportation teams to enhance our customer experience. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of Supply Chain practices and digital transformation concepts, including proficiency in Microsoft Apps, Azure-Databricks, Alteryx, Dataiku, and Tableau. This position offers the unique opportunity to positively influence the customer journey by delivering advanced analytical products, such as Machine Learning algorithms, predictive modeling and GenAI. Moreover, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our Digital Strategy, ensuring our digital toolkit surpasses industry standards.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: Design impactful full-stack digital capabilities, from ideation, development, roll-out and change-management.
Partner with operational teams to develop digital products enhancing productivity, operational performance, and customer experience.
Develop reliable and accurate algorithms in Python that translate complex business practices to a digital layer.
Perform as an Analytics/Digital SME within DELIVER (Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service)
Apply project management skills (Lean, FPX, Agile, etc) to effectively deliver analytics use cases to the business, on time and as encouraged
Collaborate and communicate across our extended team and primary partners to deploy data solutions, inclusive of organizational activities, and driving adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes
Introduce new insights to enhance our organizations standard practices, improving speed to insight
Cultivate and develop partnerships with internal partners to drive process improvement and automation
Drive the identification and business case development of sophisticated analytics use cases within the E2E supply chain
Act as the lead consulting partner in the area of data and analytics for the various technology teams within the Deliver Organization
Use innovative technologies to solve intricate business problems
Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end
Supports other related duties as assigned by management.

MUST Haves: Education : Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; an MBA/advanced degree or a focused degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field is preferred.
Experience : A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a medical or digital field
Supply Chain Experience : End-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain, PLAN, MAKE, or DELIVER experience is required.
Data Analytics Software : Experience with data analytics software such as SQL Server Management, Databricks, Tableau, Alteryx, Dataiku, and Microsoft Apps is necessary.
Data Analytics Languages : Proficiency in data analytics languages such as Python (PySpark), SQL, and R is required.
ERP Systems : A solid technical understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP is essential.
Data & Analytics Tools : Advanced proficiency in various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated business results that deliver significant business impact, is expected.
Project Management : Project Management/leadership experience is preferred. Clear communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Process Excellence and Project Management : Experience/training or certification in Process Excellence and Project Management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, FPX, Agile, etc.) is preferred.
T ravel: Occasional, up to 10% domestic travel
