Analyze business and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex application problems. Perform systems management and integration functions. Execute proficiency in Oracle E-business Suite (AP, Purchasing, Order Management, Shipping, and Inventory). Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle financial projects. Utilize Procure-to-Pay cycle and Manufacturing Process Management. Apply 2+ ERP Financials implementations and provide guidance to support business solutions and efficiencies. Interpret business needs and identify and deliver technical solutions. Define system strategies; develop processes to collate and document business requirements; lead fit-gap analysis; apply as-is and to-be business process models; conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration. Utilize Oracle Financials technologies to drive business improvements. Prepare business requirement documents. Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance. Design/develop testing scenarios for Oracle financial projects; prepare test scripts in response to business needs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Senior Business Analyst ERP- related occupation.
