***THE BIG TASK***
The Plumbing Project Coordinator is responsible for data entry and administrative tasks associated with sewer install (outside the home) and plumbing install (inside the home) projects. This role aims to ensure that all jobs in these departments are set up for success in real time.
***KEY SUB TASKS***
* Promote our brand through adherence to MAX Service Group Core Values.
* Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training and one-on-one coaching.
* Coordinate with the Service Technicians and Sewer Sales Consultants to schedule sold work.
+ Communicate with clients as needed
* Create jobs and service orders in real-time in-Service Titan with 100% accuracy.
* Assist with material coordination, ordering, and part return.
* Participate in on-call scheduling and dispatching.
***DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE***
* Data entry experience
* Detail oriented, good time management skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office .
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Plumbing Industry Experience a plus
