About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Admissions to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment initiatives and strategies, with a focus on attracting a diverse and academically qualified student body. This role is pivotal in meeting the enrollment goals of the medical college and all graduate and professional programs. The Executive Director will work in close collaboration with the Chief Admissions Officer and Executive Directors on other campuses and must be adept at long-range planning, market analysis, and the integration of best practices in recruiting and marketing strategies. A key aspect of the position is aligning recruitment and admissions activities with the institution's strategic plan, mission, vision, and goals.Applicants for the Executive Director of Admissions position at the company should possess a minimum of a Master's degree, with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. being an added advantage, and have at least 10 years of progressive experience in higher education, including proven supervisory experience in admissions or a related high-volume department. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in enrollment planning, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Essential skills for this position include creativity, persuasion, collaboration, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. The Executive Director will also be involved in administration, and professional development, and must be committed to building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both within and outside the institution.
