As IT Analyst IV, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on mentoring others, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, superb interpersonal skills and technical acuity are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through developing new or modifying existing applications
Reviews systems requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications
Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing
Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes
Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements
Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years' IT experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of eight (8) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Commercial Applications
Additional Requirements:
Prior experience with Commercial Applications in the Oil & Gas industry
Proficient in JAVA programming language
Preferred: Experience with Spring Boot and Oracle Database SQL
Preferred: Front-end experience with Angular
Preferred: Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Linux
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
Must be available 24/7 on-call for rotations
