Boston (onsite 4 days a week)
The team is currently 4 people and not very experienced. They are looking to bring on a Sr BA Temp to perm to help with the process and to coach the staff.
Ideal candidate will have -
8 plus years of BA experience
must have strong requirement gathering, process mapping and workflow experience
should be able to train and mentor team (no direct reports but will help lead)
