Sourcing consulting vendors, marketing and publishing vendors, and other partners.
Need to lead the whole process, so prefer someone intelligent, and can work independently.
If have indirect purchase background will be a plus, but okay to have other procurement experience.
Client game studio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing procurement projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of procurement processes and best practices. This position will report to the Sr. HR Business Partner.
Essential Job Functions: Communicate closely with studio customers and gain insights into business pain points and scenarios; help customers identify, collect, and resolve procurement problems.
Oversees the daily activities of the purchasing function and reviews purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts.
Assists with ordering materials and supplies from vendors. Follow-up purchase orders, contracts, delivery arrangements, and cost management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to foster a collaborative and efficient procurement environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
4+ years of previous experience in procurement or purchasing, industry procedures, costs, and terms. Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets.
Able to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Bilingual in English and Chinese, and able to communicate in both languages with internal and external stakeholders, is a plus.
