Experience on ticketing tools like Service Now, HPSM, incident management, problem management and change management concept.
In depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls in HA mode and hand on experience to handle high priority issues.
Assist in policy management, patch management, vulnerability management and vendor management activities.
General knowledge of networking concept.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
