Marketing Director, Brand

We're seeking a full time Director of Brand Management who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to establish APWireless value propositions with global target audiences. This role has the capability to be remote or on-site (hybrid), depending on the location of the candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the development of global brand programs and activations aimed for target audiences to achieve brand engagement, consideration, lead generation, and business objectives.

Define, implement, and administer the company’s brand identity, positioning, and usage guidelines to ensure uniformity across all marketing channels. This includes delivering and refining a visual identity, brand guidelines, and management of internal brand center.

Create the brand marketing plan, with differentiation points and value propositions that conveys a compelling story of what sets the company apart in the industry.

Develop internal and external brand building marketing communications including announcements, business milestones, case studies, publications, and blogs.

Strategize and implement public relations and media targeting plans to enhance brand visibility including drafting communication materials to convey key messages, pitching media to secure brand coverage, and monitoring media coverage to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Manage internal and external resources (brand agency, social media agency, copywriter, translator) to develop global brand marketing communications in multiple languages.

Oversight of global marketing asset creation such as content development and collateral.

Manage the guidelines, planning, and delivery of strategic brand integrations (trade shows, conferences, sponsorships).

Design social media organic campaigns to increase brand engagement across online platforms.

Present brand strategies and final deliverables and communicate with executive leadership about brand initiatives, roadmap, and costs.

Manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategies and communications.

Conduct competitive brand positioning research and brand research to track brand awareness metrics.

Develop and launch brand strategy for new or existing business divisions requiring new or updated marketing communications.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or business.

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in brand or acquisition global Marketing roles.

Five plus years of proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns, preferably in a global environment.

Experience in social media marketing.

Knowledge and understanding of the wide variety of marketing channels.

Demonstrable experience developing recommendations leveraging marketing database, email, website, social media, or other marketing communications channels.

Project management experience.

Working Proficiency or Fluency in the following language/s preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French.

Technical Skills: Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Project management

Soft Skills: Leadership skillsandability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Ability to exercise problem-solving and innovative-solution mindset to efficiently resolve issues.

Self-motivated; able to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.

Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Physical Requirements: Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day.

Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day.

Ability to travel as needed.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 annual base salary + bonus potential

Please note, the pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, department budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
