Manager, Digital Marketing

We are seeking a driven and innovative Manager for our Digital Marketing team at Precor. As a leader in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand awareness across all digital platforms. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in shaping our digital presence and requires a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing, team leadership, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing targets.
Manage and oversee the company’s digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website content, and digital advertising.
Lead and expand the digital marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and integration of efforts.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and the effectiveness of different channels, utilizing data to drive strategic decisions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and advancements in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Collaborate with other marketing divisions and departments to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging, strategy, and campaign measurement.
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources for maximum efficiency and ROI.
Drive innovation and explore new digital marketing opportunities and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital strategy development and execution; with 3+ years leading a team within digital marketing.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and the ability to derive insights from data.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Certifications in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.
Experience in a senior digital marketing role in the fitness industry.
Demonstrates a strong passion and/or knowledge for fitness and wellness.
Pay Range: $ 118,200-$137,200
The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
