Please Note: Our headquarters office is located in downtown Boston, MA. Our Boston area employees collaborate in office together three days a week with flexibility/remote work on other days.
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day: Act as a key account team member supporting Ten Bridge efforts across multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to implement the full range of client responsibilities
Ensure smooth, timely and accurate project management across accounts and multiple, simultaneous projects, proactively keeping account leads and teams updated on progress and potential challenges
Develop content for a wide range of client projects, including social media and website content, press releases, and media materials
Conduct media outreach and support milestone media monitoring as needed
Proof variety of materials
Manage client and internal Ten Bridge Communications review process
Work collaboratively with our creative team to align on project variables and timelines
Help lead and participate in daily and weekly client interactions and meetings
Develop a deep understanding of the multiple aspects of our work
Offer support and guidance to Communication Associates
Demonstrate proven ability to understand technical subject matter, and convey its essence through written and verbal communications
Drive social media strategy and implementation
What You’ll Bring to Our Team: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline with 4+ years of agency experience
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Outstanding project management skills
A passion for immersing oneself in the biotech industry
A desire to help build and nurture a culture of collaboration excellence and growth, and an ability to think creatively at all times
