Sales - Powersports Dallas, Texas Minimum Experience **Experienced** Kandi America is seeking a hungry and high impact sales hunter to join our Powersports team. The Director Sales Manager will have a dynamic personality and be responsible for targeting opportunities and driving revenue from the assigned territory. Kandi America is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: KNDI).
Key Responsibilities
* Anything & Everything: There will be a wide assortment of standard and not-so-standard tasks that youll be expected to complete, both inside and outside the typical sales umbrella. Theres an entrepreneurial side to the role, so no task will be either above or beneath you.
* Manage Existing Business: You will be assigned accounts currently doing business with us. Your daily job is to maintain and grow their business and solve any issues they have.
* Business Development: Develop automotive dealerships for Kandi electric vehicles in your assigned territory.
* Marketing Input: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote dealers inventory and services.
* Analysis & Strategy: Consult, manage and train dealers in sales, after sales, parts and finance.
* Networking: Work with owners to establish a disciplined sales process through marketing, inventory, staffing and training.
* Meeting People: You will foster relationships with existing, new, and prospective clients. There will be wide variety of interactions with clients including sales calls, new inquiry meetings, virtual demonstrations, partnership discussions, and existing account management across the US.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience selling into the auto industry
* Proven track record in high-tech B2B sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Experience developing solutions and making professional business presentations
* Ability to make decisions under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Netsuite account management tools
* Highly organized with effective time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
