As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the development of all projects, ensuring they progress consistently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, budgets, and exceed expectations. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive project success, collaborate across diverse teams, and deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and lead project kick-off meetings with relevant stakeholders, utilizing insights from project briefs and sales contracts, delegating tasks, defining deliverables, and setting clear expectations.

Develop and ensure adherence to project timelines involving multiple team members and departments throughout the project's lifecycle.

Continuously assess and update timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, collaborating with the team to devise effective solutions.

Utilize Workfront for efficient project tracking, organization, and communication daily.

Create and manage project budgets, forecasting and tracking expenses against allocated resources.

Ensure accurate allocation of project revenue based on delivery schedules and maintain ongoing monitoring.

Provide personalized support to faculty members and clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Act as a dedicated point of contact, maintaining positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Coordinate virtual or in-studio productions and events, managing recruitment, scheduling, logistics, and day-of execution.

Oversee projects with deliverables in Digital, Print, Mid-to-Large Scale Video, and Virtual and Live Events product families.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-3+ years of project management or similar experience preferred.

Experience with Workfront or similar project management software preferred.

Knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical compliance is a plus.

Special Skills:

Clear oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Strategic and critical thinking ability

Conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF, familiarity with Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

Physical requirements and work environment:

Travel up to 10% for event and video program management.

Hybrid work environment.
