We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Tripleseat. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic product marketing initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth for our event management software.
This role will be an in-office role based in our Concord, MA office. We do have flexible work from home options. Remote location may be available.
What you will do:
Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify market opportunities and inform product positioning
Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and develop effective messaging and positioning
Create compelling content, including product collateral, website copy, case studies, and blog posts, to educate and engage target audiences
Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer communication
Develop and manage product demos, webinars, and other product-related events
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
What we are looking for:
3-5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a SaaS software company
Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software products
Strong understanding of the event management and hospitality industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product narratives
Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
