Position Summary:

As the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Equipment Coordinator, you'll oversee the maintenance and management of equipment within the TIMS and HCN systems. Your key responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring the accuracy of serial numbers, conducting monthly audits, and procuring parts and supplies for the service shop. Additionally, you'll be responsible for obtaining return authorizations for equipment, tracking items back to vendors, and managing patient-owned equipment. Collaboration with the PAR (Patient Accounts Receivable) team for approvals will be essential in this role.

Physical Working Conditions:

The role requires various physical activities, including reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and twisting.

Job Requirements:

Professional Experience: Six (6) months or more of home care experience or a related field

Education: High School Diploma
