The Position:
Are you a proficient problem-solver who is adept at creating action plans based on data found in line with the business's needs? The Data Analyst will be a part of our Process Improvement Team, responsible for the documentation, analysis, and elicitation of business and technical needs across multiple departments. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional communication and critical thinking skills for problem solving and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with teams to identify business needs and translate them into data analysis requirements.
Perform analysis to support various business initiatives.
Utilize statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
Present findings and insights to end user in a clear and concise manner.
Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce CRM
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Domo)
Experience with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Experience with data warehouses (e.g., snowflake and redshift)
Experience documenting entity relationship diagrams and data pipeline
Pay:
67,000-100,000/year
