Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate Channel Sales Manager who will be responsible for facilitating indirect sales through our partners. The Channel Sales Manager will build relationships with dental distributors and software partners, educate and train their sales teams, and ensure that our revenue and growth goals are met.
Partner with dental distributors and software collaborators to establish and monitor revenue targets and required resources
Administer educational and training programs for indirect sellers
Attend and provide sales support at industry events
Travel for partner trainings and meetings regularly
Coach and motivate reseller partners to ensure Pearl is top-of-mind
Proactively communicate with indirect sellers, serving as the first line of defense for inquiries and issues
Direct relevant opportunities to indirect sellers
Support business development and the onboarding of new distributors and partners
What You’ll Need to Succeed
5+ years of indirect sales or software sales experience
2+ years of experience in the dental industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train sales teams
Demonstrated sales acumen
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Small business or prior start up experience preferred
Located in Midwest, Northeast or Southeast part of USA
Ability to travel for partner meetings, cotravel, trade shows and other business needs (25-40%)
