Overview
The Corporate Security Manager is responsible developing, evolving and improving the security functions of the Renasant Security Program. The Corporate Security Manager acts as a liaison between Company personnel and law enforcement authorities when responding to robberies or other crimes.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with employees, legal, and law enforcement concerning any potential violent situation such as client or employee disputes or threats Maintain bank's security incident log and reporting findings to Board annually as required by the Bank Protection Act
Advise bank personnel of emerging security and safety issues and consults, guides the company in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks
Research, recommend and evaluate existing and potential safety hazards
Coordinate and monitor monthly required security checklists conducted by employees at bank facilities
Visit each facility annually to review physical and electronic security equipment and to review facility controls. Makes recommendations to the Director of Security for enhancements.
Coordinate annual ATM lighting inspections and working with Property Management to correct any lighting deficiencies noted
Provide training, support and guidance on security and safety to all bank personnel
Update and maintain the Company's Security Manual.
Update and maintain the bank's Bank Protection Act Policy annually
Coordinate and monitor monthly required training at branch locations to include Robbery and Active Shooter training
Administer security devices and settings at all Renasant Facilities
Assist in adding and configurations of alarm panels in Entre
Assist with vendor oversight of Fire Detection and suppression systems
Assist with configuring DVRs in March Command
Assist with providing DVR images to law enforcement when needed
Assist with adding/deleting employees from alarm panels and central station monitoring
Assist with administration of door access hardware and software
Assist with creating access control credentials
Assist with submitting equipment maintenance requests from branches
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
Law enforcement background preferred
Managing security functions for multiple locations experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor with proficiency in problem solving
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality about all information
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules and providing support
Self-motivated, task oriented, professional, and capable of managing the work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
