OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator/Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, providing top-notch customer service, and solving complex problems. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, network security, Microsoft Servers, and other essential IT functions.
KEY DUTIES:
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Manage Microsoft Servers and Microsoft 365 environments.
Implement and monitor network security measures to protect data and systems.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and security.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
4+ years as a System Administrator/Infrastructure Manager.
Previous roles as IT Network Analyst/System Administrator and Network Analyst/System Administrator are highly desirable.
Experience in help desk support is a plus.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Servers.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of network security principles.
Solid foundation in computer science and information technology.
Effective communication skills.
