Brief Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to assist our customers throughout the ordering process. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions, tracking orders, and helping resolve any issues that arise.
Company Overview:
We are an established furniture and design company specializing in high-quality furniture and custom pieces. We work closely with designers, trade professionals, and retail clients and pride ourselves on providing a high level of service.
Daily Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with order processing, order status, shipping, deliveries, and product questions.
Follow up with customers and help resolve service issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate customer and order information in our system.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, vendors, and other team members as needed.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, email, and learning new software.
Ability to multitask and follow through on customer issues.
Previous customer service experience preferred; furniture, design, or retail experience is a plus.
