Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales CSR to join their team!
The Sales CSR will be working part-time for our client while sitting out of a Tulsa Home Depot, Lowes, or Costco location. They will be responsible for offering customer service, knowledge and generating leads for the client's products within the store.
Responsibilities:
Talk to customers about specific HVAC systems, tuneups, etc.
Generate interest (leads) in customers
Pass leads along to sales team and they will take over
Required Qualifications & Experience: Customer service/sales oriented personality
Customer service experience
Lead generation experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience answering questions about products/services
