In this role, you will:
* Design, build and technical delivery of user experiences in responsive web projects.
* Participate in design discussions related to team members work.
* Own and enforce design patterns and coding standards.
* Participate in code reviews.
* Mentor a team of developers.
* Follow trends in the space, be curious about new ways of performing existing tasks.

**The Ideal Candidate**
* Seasoned web developer utilizing the most current versions of **Angular** to build responsive sites
* Expert in **CSS/HTML**
* Have worked in medium sized teams to develop **iterative** solutions
* Can guide web developers to deliver **best in class** solutions
* Experience with **CI/CD** frameworks
* 5+ years of experience in Angular, CSS and HTML.
* 3+ years of experience in a lead/principal role.
* Proven experience working with and influencing multiple team members.
* Experience in Retail highly preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical field or equivalent work experience
