The team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our Industrials Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving deal execution, client relationship management, and business development activities within the industrials sector. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.

Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence to support transaction execution.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.

Proven track record of successfully executing complex M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
