Call Center Support Specialist

Description
You're a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support in a call center environment. Duties include but are not limited to answering numerous inbound phone lines, email communication, outbound follow-up calls, and system documentation.
You will:
Answer the phone professionally and expeditiously
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Research required information using available resources
Transfer customer complaints accurately
Identify and escalate priority issues
Maintain excellent notes in appropriate systems
Route calls to the appropriate resource
Essential Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of previous call center experience
Experience in high-pressure and fast-paced environments required
Ability to work remotely hardwired into local home internet
Desired Requirements:
Associate's or BA/BS degree
Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
Powerful customer focus; effective listener
Recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience- e.g. Medical Assistant, Nurse's Aide, EMT, health insurance company etc. is highly preferred
