Responsibilities

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT administration or support roles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills to effectively assist users.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
